Meet JJ

A robot developed under JMoon Labs.

JJ's History

JJ is a series of 7 robots, first imagined by the founder of JMoon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in early-2009, each with its own set of capabilities. Since then the technology has finally caught up to the detailed initial drawings, which is why in October 2017 work to bring the JJ series to life finally commenced under the R&D unit of the company!

A brief timeline of the project:
January-February 2009: The first sketches of JJ0, JJ1, JJ2, JJ3, JJ4, JJ5, and JJ6 were drawn.
October 2017: Work on JJ version 0 begins!
April 2018: Everything the team has experimented with in research phase for JJ up till this point, is stripped away of all the non-essential parts and resources. Only the important parts needed for the final version are combined, with multiple technology upgrades, changes to hardware, re-writing and optimization of code, and creation of new algorithms for a smarter robot.
December 2018: AI algorithms of JJ improved for higher accuracy and improvements made in navigation algorithm (ILINA).
July 2019: First testing of all individual hardware modules of the prototype begins.
October 2019: AI capabilities improved further for a better Human-Robot Interface and more advanced applications.
